Summer Season:

Fall, Winter, Spring:

• 2 night minimum stay ; 3 night minimum stay for holiday
• Check-in and check-out can be any day of the week

Monthly/Extended Stay:

• Our most affordable rates
• Utilities are an additional cost for extended stays

Optional Linen Service:

• Linen service is optional and can be obtained directly from us at the time of booking or from several local companies that we can assist you in finding

Additional Costs:

• Each stay requires a refundable security deposit.
• Extended or multi-week stays may require a larger refundable security deposit.
• Each stay requires a  cleaning fee.  This is a pass-along charge that covers three hours of cleaning that will cover a typical changeover cleaning.  Additional charges may apply for cleaning beyond normal wear and use.
• Optional pet fee
• NO booking fees.  NO required damage insurance.  NO service fees.  NO taxes.
